Major-General Kathryn Fitz, better known as The Major, also known as Ellen Ragier, is a character on Manifest. She debuts in the twelfth episode of season one and is portrayed by guest star Elizabeth Marvel. She was unintentionally killed by Saanvi Baahl in “Icing Conditions”. In “Final Boarding”, she is restored to life in the new timeline as a side effect of Flight 828 being returned to 2013 after the passengers beat the Death Date. Saanvi’s murder of the Major nearly causes her not to survive
